MOQ varies by product. Standard catalogue items can usually ship in mixed cartons, while custom tooling or private label programmes naturally require larger volumes. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is practical for the item you have selected.

Yes. Send a drawing, a physical sample, or a competitor product to be matched. Our drawing office and die shop can develop tooling in-house, which keeps development cycles short and communication direct.

Common arrangements include T/T, L/C at sight and irrevocable L/C at 30 or 60 days. Shipping is normally FOB or CIF, with EXW available on request. The terms confirmed on the proforma invoice are the terms that apply.

Catalogue items with standard quantities are normally quoted within one business day. Custom tooling and private label projects need a review of the drawing or sample first, so a quotation usually follows within three to five business days.
