CNC machining centre
3-axis vertical machining for jaws, bodies, hubs and precision components.
Sample machines: 6 × VMC
Machinery, metal fabrication, finishing and dispatch under one roof — so a change to a drawing does not have to wait for a second supplier.
Facility overview
Multi-process capability shortens the route from an idea to a shipped carton: forging and machining happen in the same building as assembly, testing and packing.
Buyers choose between routing models for different reasons. Some need the lowest landed cost and will accept longer lead times. Others need tooling developed to their own drawings, small batches and quick changeover. Keeping all processes on site means either model can be answered without moving a job between factories.

Departments
Core departments, the processes that run in each, and the machine groups used. Machine models and counts are placeholders.
3-axis vertical machining for jaws, bodies, hubs and precision components.
Sample machines: 6 × VMC
Bar and turned components: spindles, collets, bushes, shafts and threaded parts.
Sample machines: 8 × turning centre
Hot forging of plier and hammer bodies, giving the fibre flow that machining from solid cannot reproduce.
Sample machines: 3 × press
Sand and precision casting for hammer heads, anvils and heavier structural parts.
Sample lines: 2 casting stations
Cutting, bending, laser cutting and welding for handles, cases, brackets and sheet-metal components.
Sample equipment: laser, press brake, MIG / TIG
Controlled furnaces and salt baths for hardening, tempering and stress relief of working surfaces.
Sample lines: 2 furnace lines + salt bath
Shot blasting, pickling, polishing, electroplating, powder coating and anti-rust treatment.
Sample lines: plating + coating
In-house drawing and die development, so tooling changes are handled by the team that designed it.
Sample: drawing office + die shop
Model-specific assembly stations covering fitting, riveting, handle insertion, calibration and final assembly.
Sample: 4 assembly stations
